About Mod GRF 1-29
Mod GRF 1-29 (Modified Growth Releasing Factor 1-29), also known as CJC-1295 without DAC, is a synthetic 29-amino acid analogue of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH). It incorporates four amino acid substitutions to improve metabolic stability and receptor affinity compared to native GHRH(1–29). Mod GRF 1-29 has a molecular formula of C152H252N44O42 and a molecular weight of 3357.88 g/mol.
Mod GRF 1-29 is used in in vitro preclinical research investigating GHRH receptor (GHRHR) pharmacology. It is frequently used in combination with GHRP class peptides in GHS receptor research.
