2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or contains the wrong product, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
We may ask you to provide photographs of the product and packaging so that we can investigate the issue.

3. Unwanted or Incorrectly Ordered Products

6. Return Postage
Where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise covered by a statutory remedy, we will deal with return delivery costs in accordance with applicable law.
Where a customer is exercising a valid change-of-mind cancellation right, return delivery costs may be the customer’s responsibility where legally permitted and where the customer was informed of this before purchase.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are purchased, handled, stored and used lawfully and appropriately.
8. Orders That Cannot Be Fulfilled
If we are unable to fulfil an accepted order, we will contact you and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, alternative solution or refund.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been taken, any refund due will be processed in accordance with applicable law.
